Destruction of Personal Information

If in electronic file format, personal information is securely deleted to prevent recovery and reproduction. Other records, printed materials, and documents are shredded or incinerated.
However, information retained for a certain period according to internal policies is destroyed after storage:

Mondayless Inc accounts are encrypted and stored for up to 1 year from the date of withdrawal for sending notifications and responding to customer service inquiries.
Misuse records of services.
Misreported voice information is stored for 3 years from the receipt date before destruction.
Additionally, Mondayless Inc implements a “personal information validity period system,” where personal information of members who have not used the service for a year is separately stored or deleted. Separately stored personal information is kept for four years before it is promptly destroyed.

For children under 14, the legal guardian has the right to inquire, modify, delete, halt processing, or withdraw consent for the collection and use of the child's personal information.
More specifically, you can modify member information or withdraw from membership through settings within the service, or by contacting the customer center by mail, phone, or email, and we will take prompt action.

If you request correction of errors in your personal information, we will not use or provide that personal information until the correction is completed.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
To reflect changes in laws or services, the privacy policy may be amended. If the privacy policy changes, Mondayless Inc will post the changes, and the revised privacy policy will take effect 7 days after it is posted.
